Position: Website Developer (184646)

The position is in Plano, TX and there is no relocation assistance.

The AT&T Consumer eCommerce Team is responsible for AT&T’s online presence for selling products and services. This industry leading telecom site has previously ranked in the top five retail web sites visited on both Black Friday and Cyber Monday. We support millions of UVs every month and enable a crucial channel for AT&T.

We are seeking a Web Developer for the B2C buy flow development team. You will be responsible for maintaining and improving our \site as we continue to innovate and drive more sales through our channel. Primary responsibilities include:

Responsibilities:

• Development of code using JSP, CSS, JavaScript and relevant coding standards.

• Application design, resolving production issues if they arise.

• Excellent communication skills that can be used to effectively communicate technical concepts to business teams.

• Translate business requirements and functional specifications into software.

• Suggest innovative solutions to business problems/processes that leverage technology to provide marketing differentiation, performance improvements, and better user experiences.

• Interact well with other technical team leaders such as architects, testing, analysts, and release managers as a lead member of the development team in order to accomplish the business goal.

Position Qualifications:

Required Skills:

• 3 + years of front end UI software development experience

• 2 + years of strong experience in JSP, JavaScript, AJAX, HTML, CSS, DHTML, XML, XSLT and basic UI - Technologies

• Understand SDLC processes and methodologies

• Strong analytical, problem solving, technical troubleshooting, and production diagnostic skills.

Additional skills:

• Knowledge of the ATG Dynamo platform and its use of beans, servlets, droplets and formHandlers.

• Coding for accessibility

• Object oriented design experience

• eCommerce application development experience

• Experience with B2C projects/applications

• Industry experience in Telecom/Wireless

Education:

• BS degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering/Engineering or equivalent technical degree required
