Flowserve is seeking a senior IT Manager to provide support for Corporate and global HR. This individual will be responsible for the overall management of the HR solutions, direction of projects, and coordination of projects with IT management and the business. The manager will have frequent and direct contact with all levels of the HR and IT departments. Role requires a hands-on approach to managing a Global HR solution, and includes assisting with the design, development, implementation, deployment, and maintenance of the multiple HR systems including Core HRMS (Oracle), Talent Management, Performance Management, Succession, Learning Management, Benefits, Time & Attendance, and Payroll. In partnership with HR and IT leadership, assist in the development of strategic plans and lead the department with proactive, client-oriented focused solutions. Establish metrics to measure effectiveness of HR strategies, tactics, and processes. Work with appropriate country or location leaders as designated in each region to coordinate and participate in the development and implementation of labor relations strategies. 

 


Job Requirements:


 


Required:


·          8+ years HR/Business experience


·          5+ years experience managing an HRIT team


·          BA degree or equivalent


·          3+ years of leadership experience managing both projects and cross-functional project teams


·          Experience working in a global environment and have an understanding or regulatory, language, and compliance/privacy requirements


·          Experience working with an integrated ERP software, preferably Oracle HRMS


·          Strong influence skills. Demonstrated ability to successfully challenge the status quo.


·          Excellent customer service skills


·          Excellent coaching and influencing skills


·          Proven business partnership skills and business acumen


·          Experience with developing and utilizing metrics to drive continually improving processes


·          Strong focus on project execution with the ability to coach and mentor team in project management methodology


·          Demonstrated effective communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills


  




Preferred:


·          5+ years experience with Oracle HRMS, including Core (11.5.10), Self-Service, and additional modules


·          Experience with additional HRMS software and vendors such as ADP, SuccessFactors, Taleo, and Kaba


·          Experience managing off-shore resources


·          Experience in a matrix organization and use to working in a shared service oriented environment


·          A Master's degree would be a plus
