Service To Sales Representative

Associate is responsible for receiving inbound customer service calls, fulfilling the customer's inquiries/requests and cross selling customers on various Capital One products while seamlessly creating a high level of customer satisfaction. Associate is required to be well educated on the features and benefits of all products. Associate must be a team player who will adopt and share best practices among peers.

Responsibilities:- Receive inbound customer service calls and provide the highest level of quality to all Capital One customers- Analyze customer needs and determine qualifications for various product offers- Sell the features and benefits of a wide variety of Capital One products- Overcome customer concerns/objections- Cross sell customers on various Capital One products- Stay abreast of all changes, developments and enhancements for all systems, products and upgrades.

Basic Qualifications:- 6 months of experience in a sales environment- High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent- 1 Year of customer service experience

Preferred Qualifications:- 6 months of telesales experience- 1 year of experience in a sales environment- 2 years of customer service experience- Associates or Bachelors Degree- Proficient with all Microsoft applications- Previous Banking experienceCapital One will not file non-immigrant visa petitions for alien workers.As a recipient of TARP funding and under ARRA regulations, Capital One will not sponsor new H-1B petitions or transfer existing H1B Visas.No agencies please.
