In business since 1866, we continue to grow and provide cutting-edge solutions for all aspects of dealerships.   We are currently seeking applicants for an exciting Fixed Operations Sales Specialist position!


As a Sales Specialist of Fixed Operations, you would:



  • Drive and achieve Fixed Operations sales goals of a specific set of solutions through the sales cycle

  • Partner with Account Managers to lead and advance the sales cycle

  • Participates in the planning and implementation of strategies and programs

  • Participate in solutions team business reviews

  • Act as a Fixed Operations subject matter expert for assigned solution set

  • Lead program execution tasks, gather competitive intelligence and help train sales associates

  • Participate in customer prospect events and trade and product shows

  • Complete basic administrative duties as needed, including updates and maintenance of appropriate reporting/database systems (funnel management systems, proposal building tools, customer information database, and territory planning)




Training:  Nine classes through Reynolds University (approximately one week each) over the course of 12 months, as well as on the job training with the Regional Sales Director

Requirements:




  • Bachelor's degree, four years of college, or equivalent

  • 3 plus years of experience includes working in other positions at Reynolds & Reynolds or with other related organizations that prepare the associate to perform the work for this position

  • High energy, self motivated, quick study, disciplined, and aggressive

  • Excellent Communication Skills - oral, written, presentation

  • Ability to work at all levels of the organization - CEO, Dealer Principle down to Advisor, Parts Counterperson

  • Proven Performer
