Position
Summary                Guides the “creative vision” for Samsung in the digital age, delivering innovative interactive strategies and solutions that are consistent with the company’s image and quality standards. Manage key digital programs from strategic inception to launch, working closely with agencies and counterparts.
Common Essential
Duties & Resp.                • Develop an overall digital marketing strategy in conjunction with other Marketing team members. This will include brand and product objectives for online, digital media, SEM, SEO and social media.
• Create, manage and implement integrated digital marketing campaigns, being flexible enough to act as a team leader or a team member depending on the campaign.
• Manage and inspire external agencies in the development of key initiatives.
• Develop and manage an analytics program for all digital marketing programs. Regularly share findings with key stakeholders and optimize campaigns based on key metrics.
• Manage relationship with North American HQ counterparts to solicit advice, share best practices, provide input and management supervision for shared projects and leverage synergies.
• Remain abreast of current digital marketing tools and techniques.
• Manage and reconcile project budgets and maintain updated project status reports.

Background /
Experience               

• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 6-8 years of digital experience with a brand or agency
• Experience working with social media preferred
• Flexibility to work additional hours as needed on high level projects
• Creative and conceptual thinker, able to develop innovative solutions to problems and leading-edge design
• Demonstrates strong and effective creative project management skills and can effectively manage key stakeholders with project milestones.
• Ability to lead and direct outside resources
• Ability to manage multiple projects on various levels with different and converging timelines.
• Able to function as a leader within a cross-functional team.
• Able to evaluate interactive design and provide thoughtful feedback.
• Well-rounded, solid understanding of the digital marketing environment, including web 2.0, social media and advertising
• Able to effectively present ideas to groups
• Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills and the ability to work with technical and non-technical business groups across the company.
• A solid understanding of analytics, measuring and interpreting key campaign metrics.
• Strong technical and production knowledge in the digital space.
