Lennox Residential Heating & Cooling recognized as a premium manufacturer of residential and commercial heating and air conditioning equipment, has an immediate opportunity at its Richardson, TX office.
 
Overall Responsibilities:
 
This position is responsible for all aspects of marketing and merchandising for the Lennox Parts Plus stores.  The person will identify customer segments and growth opportunities, then position LPP to attract and retain  them through marketing and merchandising programs.  The selected individual will be required to develop the analysis, processes and techniques as part of determining the overall marketing recommendations.  In addition, the selected candidate will need to directly implement those recommendations to support the LPP goal of greater than 20% growth in YOY same store sales.  Finally, promotions will need to be managed to effectively attract and sustain customer growth.
 
 
Other essential duties include, but are not limited to:
Identifies and defines market segments by product and customer
Defines promotions for Parts and Supplies and LPP locations
Continually reviews the LPP stores to refresh the layout in support of growth objectives
Creates mechanisms to track effectiveness of promotional programs
Creates merchandising plans for stores
Capable of breaking down  complex environments into focused actions
Creates growth oriented programs to capture incremental market share for parts and supplies
Continually review and assess emerging customer trends to ensure LPP remains at the forefront of the market
Establishes processes that capture voice of customers to ensure we offer the highest value at the optimal price
Works closely with sales to identify sales performance and assists in improving underperforming regions

Requirements
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree with an MBA preferred
Minimum of 7-15 years of retail marketing experience to the wholesale trade
Sales force motivation and management experience
Three to five years supervisory experience
 
Must also have the following demonstrated knowledge, skills, and abilities:
Direct responsibility for Marketing and Merchandising in a retail environment
Retail marketing strategies and tactics to attract customers and grow sales
Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy are critical.
