Job Description:

Responsibilities:
Sort, count, and verify incoming parts and materials to verify the packing sheets and order requirements. Notify Procurement or other personnel and assist in resolving discrepancies. Perform clerical duties such as filing, posting computer inputs, running receiving reports, and verifying proper import documentation with international shipments. Notify material logistics personnel of discrepancies and assist in resolving.

The employee will be responsible for handling, storing, disbursing and identifying parts, equipment, and materials in the warehouse.

The employee will abide by procedures for product discipline and material handling that will ensure protection and integrity of the physical and functional properties of the items being handled. The employee will fill authorized orders for parts and materials and deliver to the proper locations. The employee will report shortages or discrepancies in stock balances. Perform audits of the warehouse as required to verify correctness of inventory.
The employee will be responsible for input and maintenance of the computer data for storing, disbursing, and inventory of stock items in and from the warehouse and will distribute stock by single item or in combined kit form with associated documentation.

The employee will package and mark containers for shipment in accordance with packaging instructions and company procedures to ensure shipment without damage. Prepare shipping documentation, post weights, and shipping charges and maintain shipping records. Coordinate with material logistics and export control personnel to ensure international shipments meet export licenses, controls and security requirements. Assist in selection and contacting transportation and freight forwarders as well as shipping and receiving counterparts in Elbit. Assist in resolving any discrepancies or problems which occur in receiving or shipping.

Qualifications:
The employee must be physically capable of performing the job duties described above and be able to perform computer transaction.
