This position will provide support to Engineering, Operations, and Environmental, Health and safety (EHS) for both the and Johnson County Plants. The position will be responsible for coordinating the Management of Change (MOC) process in accordance with OSHA Process Safety Management (PSM) regulation, assisting with EPA Title V air quality calculations and reporting requirements, coordinating the monitoring, maintenance, and reporting duties associated with plant VOC emissions in accordance with TCEQ regulations, and coordinating mechanical integrity/relief valve testing as required by PSM. The two cyrogenic plant facilities are comprised of gas/free liquids separation, water/CO2 removal from natural gas systems, and cryogenic sections to produce NGL off the inlet gas streams. The facilities are also comprised of fractionation, storage and product dispatching subsystems. .Schedule and condust Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) meetings. .Coordinate the MOC process-duties include preparing meeting agendas, assigning tasks, verifying task completion, filing necessary documents, and data entry into the MOC database. .Perform release calculations and maintain records as required by EPA title This includes but is not limited to routine operational blow-downs, maintenance blow-downs and relief valve emissions. .Oversee contract services associated with mechanical integrity surveys, relief valve inspections, and Lead Detection and Repair (LDAR). .Prepare and maintain documentation associated with OSHA PSM, EPA Title V, and TCEQ compliance. .Update equipment files and compliance files are required. .Support Engineering, EHS and Operations with other ongoing tasks including safety training, operator training, operations manual, audit requirements and project execustion.

· Minimum of five (5) years related oil and gas experience. · Experience with technical support to Engineering, Operations, EHS or other departments is preferred. · Knowledge of natural gas processing plant operations. · Able to interpret and understand plan Piping and Instrumention Diagrams (P&ID's) · High school diploma or equivalent. · Prefer vo-tech or associate degree in math or science discipline.
