This individual will provide legal advice to the real estate department regarding the operations of the Company's retail stores, including lease negotiations, lease terminations, default notices and lease opinions.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Review and negotiate proposed retail store leases
Manage compliance with lease provisions
Interpret lease provisions
Review and complete estoppel certificates
Review/Draft landlord notices
Maintain and improve master lease provisions
Manage various commercial property transactions

Required Experience
Bar admission as well as eligibility for admission to the Texas Bar is required
3 – 5 years Real Estate experience
Demonstrated ability to conduct research and analysis of legal issues
Multistate, international or retail experience preferred
