Position Summary
Evaluate and negotiate prompt, fair and equitable total loss settlements.  Investigate and conclude Fire & Theft Claims.
 
 
 
Knowledge & Skills:
 
-Maintain a valid TX adjusting license.
 
-Demonstrates excellent written and oral communication skills.
 
-Understands what is needed to effectively investigate and assess the value of property that has been deemed a total loss.
 
-Maintain a solid working knowledge of property finance and/or lease agreements.
 
-Interpersonal skills must be adequate to effectively negotiate settlement with owners and lienholders.
 
-Interpersonal skills must be adequate to effectively negotiate salvage value.
