Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for the development and successful acquisition of
new business revenue from new clients and assigned prospects in identified
sectors or market areas by identifying needs and proposing company products and
services in the Raleigh area. Obtains prospects in identified sectors or market
areas and actively pursues and creates interest by telephone calls, writing
letters or making personal
visits.
REQUIREMENTS
5 to 7 years experience in Commercial Property Casualty sales to middle market clients (at
least $25,000 in revenue). College education or equivalent work
experience.Strong oral and written communication skills.Knowledge and skill in
placement of loss sensitive/complex accounts.Skilled in time management and in
setting priorities.Strong aptitude for analytical responsibilities.Property and
casualty license.Knowledge of rating procedures, coverages, and industry
operations to effectively manage, maintain, and write assigned client and
prospect lists.Strong presentation skills.Strong negotiation skills.Strong
client empathy.Trouble shooter for critical issues on team Mon - Thurs, 8:00am -
7:00pm
