This position reports to the Global Talent Acquisition Manager. Core functions include recruiting top talent, implementation and management of systems, and project management.  The incumbent will have direct responsibility for implementing and managing a new Global Talent Acquisition System and developing global talent acquisition programs.  The incumbent must be knowledgeable about legal requirements affecting the areas of employment and staffing, and maintain familiarity with current human resource practices to work effectively in the job.


 


Key Accountabilities:


·         Develop trusted recruiting partnerships with hiring managers through demonstrated recruiting leadership skills


·         Identify, acquire and maintain creative sourcing strategies to acquire best possible talent


·         Conduct full life cycle recruiting including position sourcing, screening, recommending top candidates to the business, and coordinating the interview process


·         Create and maintain pools of top candidates and professional associates through contact within the business community


·         Provide support to the Talent Acquisition Manager with workforce planning initiatives around the globe


·         Drive both short and long-term talent acquisition strategies for the company


·         Manage vendor relationships


·         Manage the Employee Referral Program for the company


·         Be the Super User of the Talent Acquisition System


·         Responsible for continually monitoring staffing metrics


·         Act as the system functionality subject matter expert to support the development and delivery of end user training


·         Identify and establish metrics to ensure the talent acquisition function is meeting workforce planning requirements and regularly communicates needs and observations to ensure Flowserve maintains a competitive advantage


·         Troubleshoot and resolve user issues. Know when to escalate issues


·         Collaborate with HRIS Administrator on technical system configuration and enhancement to ensure data integrity


·         Perform other related duties as directed by supervisor



Required Skills/Experience:




  • Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field and a minimum of 3 to 4 years experience in a corporate human resources environment



  • 3 to 4 years experience in Project Management, preferably in a talent management software setting

  • Project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects in a global environment from vision through implementation

  • Self-starter; ability to work independently

  • Experience working for a multinational company would be a plus

  • Excellent presentation skills and the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing

  • Ability to train, educate, and influence stakeholders

  • Excellent interpersonal skills including customer service skills; effective team player

  • Must be systems savvy and have excellent computer skills (i.e. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Lotus Notes, etc.)

  • High level of comfort using numerous professional tools/applications

  • Prior experience with the implementation and management of an Applicant Tracking System would be a plus

  • Good analytical and problem solving skills to evaluate business problems

  • Strong organizational skills; attention to detail

  • Adept at handling sensitive and confidential situations and information
