Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dynamic individual who will manage the full life cycle of the employee recruitment process within our rapidly growing company. The Specialist will work on a diverse pool of open positions, including administrative, customer service, technical, marketing, and management staff, both for our headquarters office in Dallas and for our Financial Advisors’ offices around the country.

Prerequisites: The ideal candidate will have the following background, skills, and experience:

· Minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience as a corporate in-house recruiter (financial services and/or securities industry experience helpful).

· Significant experience with job boards and other candidate sourcing processes and tools.

· Working knowledge of state and federal laws.

· Must be able to work within a highly changeable and fast-paced environment.

· Excellent inter-personal skills.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills.

· Excellent organizational skills.

· Additional human resources experience a plus.

· College degree desirable.
