Description


HRIS support role will encompass technical skills and customer service skills


. Activities include recognition, research,

 


isolation of issues and follow-up to resolution in support of HRIS applications. Duties will include but are not limited to:



* Utilize available technology to support training and development of HRIS applications (HealthStream, Taleo,



 


SuccessFactors; others as assigned) Experience with application(s) a plus.



* Work closely with individual hospital Admins and leaders to resolve issues with functionality of HRIS applications


* Create corporate level and hospital level reports as required for all applications



Provide support and training of features and functionality for all applications



* Share education and training best practices


* Work as liaison between Tenet and HealthStream support teams at corporate level



Troubleshoot software and hardware to ensure basic requirements are met



* Manage and edit distribution lists


* Support other team members as required



Candidate must have a strong work ethic, teamwork capabilities, excellent multi-tasking skills, excellent written and oral



 


communication skills, experience working directly with customers, project management experience a plus. Candidate must also be able to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.



Qualifications


 



Minimum of 2-3 years customer service experience



* Degree in Computer Science, MIS degree preferred but not required


* Minimum of two years experience in a technical support role


* Incident management a plus (Customer service/phone etiquette)


* Possess good organizational skills and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks


* Proficient to expert using MicroSoft suite of products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Access)
