Job Description
Must have experience:
1. Maintaining & exceeding managing variables that contribute to production schedule that ensure on time delivery of product.
2. See self as service provider and approach clients with need to earn business viewpoint. Provide product, quickly, inexpensively – how to change process to be effective.
3. Liaison with Sr. Clients, procurement, heads of engineering, to trouble shoot and problem solve, comfortable in presenting to Director, VP and CEO levels.
Candidate must have experience with manufacturing operations, ability to prioritize, communicate with engineering, production, quality, logistics, and use lean 6 Sigma, deal with program and project analysis, cost estimating, develop staff, attend exec meetings, meet with facility planning (real estate) analysis of capitol investment, equipment and facilities. Develop metrics to analyze business performance."
