As part of this growth, we are currently seeking a Senior-Level Environmental Compliance Specialist for our team in Irving, Texas.


Primary duties include:


- Evaluating and resolving clients’ regulatory compliance needs
- Assisting clients in developing and implementing environmental compliance programs
- Creating proposals for follow-up compliance work


- Coordinating, directing and/or completing compliance projects, including:
      SWPPPs
      Air & Wastewater Permitting
      EPCRA Tier II and Form R
      SPCC Plans
      Multi-media Environmental Auditing
      ACM O&M Plans
      Hazard Communication Programs, etc.
      Compliance Training


- Actively seeking new clients and generating proposals for new projects


- Specialist could occasionally assist with:
     Phase I and II ESAs
   
    Current knowledge of appropriate regulatory programs is expected, as this position serves as a key technical resource to the Compliance Services team as well as a mentor to junior staff.  A proven track record of business development and client management is a must . Position reports to the Senior Vice President of Environmental Management.
