Bridge CAD Technicina for our Transportation practice in Dallas.
General Summary:
We are seeking a Bridge CAD Technician supporting our TxDOT, NTTA, county, municipal, and/or public private partnership transportation projects. The ideal candidate will be experienced in working with bridge master files and bridge sheet files, as well as roadway master files. Working well with Senior Level CADD and engineers is important. Position requires general knowledge of various types of bridge structures and construction types.
General Duties:
Producing structural plans and details
Working as part of a team or working independently
Putting submittal packages together
Coordinating with other disciplines
Assisting engineers with shop drawings
Specific Requirements:
3 to 5 years of experience in bridge and other transportation related structural CADD.
Knowledgeable of TxDOT practices and standards.
Proficient with Microstation
Proficiency with Geopak and Project Wise is a plus.
Motivated to beat the schedule and the budget.
