Currently, we are seeking a Project Manager for our Water/Wastewater business division in Dallas/Ft. Worth (DFW). This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced professional to manage and direct full range projects and programs in the municipal water/wastewater market in the DFW area.
Major responsibilities will include the following:
- Business development
- Project and program management in this market for our service lines.
- Provide guidance and mentoring to staff.
- Provide technical leadership on water/wastewater related jobs with respect to strategic approach and understanding client needs, robustness of solutions, risk mitigation, timeliness and quality in a collaborative manner.
- Support and assist staff and internal business lines to complete projects to a high technical standard and ensure mutual satisfaction with clients.
- Conduct investigations, feasibility studies, optimal designs, and other high level process engineering tasks.
- Develop and strengthen client relationships.
We are looking for a degreed Civil/Environmental Engineer, preferably with a Master’s degree, and a PE in Texas with the ability to receive license(s) in other states where projects are executed. Candidate must have a minimum of 10+ years of blended experience as a technical specialist and marketing, design and management of large scale municipal wastewater infrastructure projects and programs including treatment plants with capacities in the 100 million gallons per day (mgd) range. Preference will be given to those candidates with experience in Texas dealing primarily with municipal governmental clients. Candidate must have proven excellent leadership skills, demonstrated ability to successfully manage diverse teams, and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Project.
