Assistant Director

In this position, you will be responsible for assisting the Center Director in ensuring the center is operated in accordance with company policies and procedures and complies with state licensing standards, by fostering an educational, nurturing and safe environment in which children are encouraged to reach their full potential.

The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of experience as an Assistant Director or Lead Teacher in a childcare center, as well as the ability to effect positive growth in employees and a belief that the education and care they provide is invaluable.
