Job SummaryThis individual is responsible for developing and supporting client implementation plans for Broadlane’s product offerings by ensuring successful deployment and ongoing usage by customers and vendors.  Specific duties include assisting with all aspects of the multi-phased implementation, including initial training and regular follow-up.Primary Responsibility

  Develop and cultivate strong working relationships with the client, and serve as the day-to-day contact during implementation; spend significant time in the customer/vendor setting, working with appropriate personnel on adoption of Broadlane technology.

  Develop client-specific implementation plan and serve as a resource to Implementation Specialists to ensure adherence to the project plan.

  Manage multiple projects and workflows, create timelines, and create status reports utilizing internal project tracking system for all projects.  Act as team informational hub, tracking project status and providing updates as required.

  Create contract communication documents that successfully outline team processes and decisions.

  Document and communicate results achieved and communicate to the client.

  Conduct in-person and web-based training sessions for customers and vendors.

  Work with customer and internal Broadlane teams to facilitate smooth technology rollout.

  Assist implementation management team with upfront planning activities related to coordination of multiple implementations across multiple markets.

  Resolves complex issues and escalates to manager as appropriate.

  Identify solutions for a more effective and efficient project process.

  Provide client feedback that may assist in future technology development, enhancements or implementations.Required Skills

  Strong project management skills and proven ability to implement change and achieve results are required. 

  Knowledge of basic hospital operations is recommended.

  Strong analytical and financial skills (with proficiency in Excel) are required to identify, implement and track areas of improvement.

  Strong written and verbal communication skills to address need for continuous communication with internal and external clients.

  Self-motivation and self-direction, and ability to set priorities and work independently.

  Flexibility and a positive attitude toward change to be successful in a dynamic healthcare environmentRequired Experience and Education

  Bachelor degree in business or a related field

  Minimum of  3-5 years of experience in project management and customer implementation

  Microsoft Office including Project and Excel

  Teamwork and exceptional written/oral communication skills

  Excellent customer service

  Extreme attention to detail and organization

  Ability to work independently and collaboratively

  Familiarity with contracting procedures and supply chain processes

  Healthcare experience a plus
