As a Sr. District Manager you will provide overall vision, planning, direction, and control to assigned units within a defined area to exceed operating and financial goals. A Sr. District Manager is asked on a daily basis to:
Make strategic decisions and execute and deliver on those decisions.
Identify top talent for each location and provide guidance and motivation to managers and other staff.
Communicate the company's vision and develop your team members to their full potential.
Establish and maintain effective customer relationships and maintain mutually beneficial business relationships with clients.
lead aggressively in developing overall financial and business planning, as well selling new business and growing existing business.
Achieve goals set by the organization.
Qualifications
Strong Internal Candidate identified for this position.
Only those with multi-unit restaurant or food service management experience will be considered for this position. A Bachelors Degree (preferably in food Service Management or Business Administration) or higher is required for this position.

A proven track record of growing accounts.
Highly developed interpersonal, analytical and communication (written and verbal) skills.
The ability to manage in a diverse environment with focus on client and customer services.

We are seeking a candidate with a demonstrated rapid career progression and 6+ years management experience in a multi-unit role. Total managed volume of 10 million dollars or more, and P/ L management experience in the hospitality industry is desired. Contract-managed, restaurant, or retail service experience is desirable.
