Job Description:

Fossil is searching for an inspirational and creative individual to head up our apparel team. Promote innovation and creativity within the design team while balancing the business needs and product creation timelines. This dynamic leader will be responsible for managing the overall design and product teams to establish and maintain high quality corporate design standards consistent with the business and design strategy for our global apparel business.

Required Experience

Requires years of relevant design and design management experience within apparel

Leadership experience with both design & product development teams

A thorough knowledge of design, fashion and apparel industry

Rooted in denim and casual apparel

Ability to develop strategic and tactical plans utilizing that knowledge

Organizational development, planning, product management, and customer knowledge

Proven and successful track record in leading and guiding a team

Must have the ability to work in a collaborative team based environment
