Major Areas of Accountability

Generate leads, develop new business, and maintain a pipeline of projects

Lead consulting engagements and deliver client training

Build and strengthen the skills of new hires

Requirements

Proven track record in business development for consulting services

5 years of consulting experience successfully implementing quality management and process improvement methodologies

Bachelor’s degree

Outstanding interpersonal skills and strong work ethic

World-class communication and presentation skills

Able to travel up to 25%
