Description
Serves in a leadership capacity and works in collaboration with the regional or channel fulfillment leaders in attracting, retaining, and developing a highly talented production team. Responsible for the strategic direction and management of the overall business process of a large Fulfillment Center or multiple Retail Fulfillment centers or offices with an annual average of 250 or more associates. Responsible for taking business strategy and converting it to executable plans. Responsible for collaborating with and maintaining effective partnerships with key sales partners to drive profitable revenue growth and improve end to end loan manufacturing quality. Resolves broad operational issues and coordinates activities and processes within line of business/operations segments. Responsible for budget/expense management and achieving identified operational goals as well as reporting and forecasting for areas managed.
Qualifications
Required Skills:
Five (5+) years of sales and fulfillment mortgage experience, and managing a large group, 500+ FTE.
Desired Skills:
Green Belt and LEAN experience preferred.
Travel: 25% of the time
