ATK Integrated Systems, a division of Mission Systems Group, is a partner of choice for airborne Electronic Warfare, airborne ISR, aircraft missionization, and logistical support services. Our organization is capable of quickly designing and quickly turning a wide variety of commercial aircraft into special mission aircraft that support intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance missions, irregular warfare, and special transport for customers that need advanced capabilities. We are expanding our airborne EW and special mission aircraft business by delivering affordable solutions to a growing international customer set.
ATK Integrated Systems is seeking a qualified individual to work in ISD’s International Market Segment to develop specific strategies and capture international orders in South America and the Caribbean for:
• ISD’s Special Mission Aircraft and Electronic Warfare products and systems;
• International partnerships and teaming for existing, new and derivative products and systems;
• International contractor logistical support services.
Requirements:
• International Airborne EW and Special Mission Aircraft market capture. Responsible for achieving results by establishing 1-3 year international orders plan and then delivering results on a quarterly and yearly basis.
• Establishes new international business opportunities by proactively creating, cultivating and enhancing relationships with industry and Government key contacts and current or potential customers.
• Conducts South American and Caribbean market analysis to identify market direction, competitive analysis and customer requirements, Develops, communicates, and executes capture strategies, including plan development and capture team assembly.
• Communicates opportunities and customer needs, develops responses to market trends. Assists in the development of market area strategic and discretionary investment plans.
• Develops and manages market area one and three-year order forecasts based on market area strategy, pursuit, and capture plans. Develops and manages market area annual discretionary budget, including Bid and Proposal (B&P), Internal Research & Development (IR&D), and selling. Provides quantitative assessment with forecast of gross and net order potential (including Pgo and Pwin).
Technical Skills:
• Understanding of worldwide industrial base (requirements and systems) for airborne EW, airborne intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (ISR), irregular warfare, special transport aircraft - with specific knowledge in South America amd CARICOM.
• Extensive knowledge of the special mission aircraft and airborne electronic warfare markets (Domestic and International).
• Understands the defense product budget and planning process for the U.S. and international customers.
• Understands the Foreign Military Sales (FMS), Direct Commercial Sale (DSC) process to include compliance with applicable DoD and Department of State Import/Export licensing requirements.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills including oral presentation skills.
• Self motivated with demonstrated leadership skills. Experience and comfort working in a team environment.
• Minimum: B.S. Engineering or Business. Preferred: MBA or M.S. in Engineering and must qualify for a DoD Secret Clearance.
• 10+ years of international marketing and sales experience with proven track record.
