Utilizing credit and debit card analysis, in this position you are responsible for managing client card portfolio consulting engagements. This includes identification of client needs, analytical model development, presentation of results and implementation consulting. Also responsible for identifying, analyzing and presenting management information with respect to TNB’s card processing services. Must be able to effectively interact with business units across the organization, as well as, able to work independently managing project timelines and communications to ensure successful completion of consulting engagements.
Job Requirements:
• College degree preferably in Economics, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or Management. (In lieu of degree at least 5 years in BA role involving statistical analysis and communication, reporting writing, etc.)
• Two or more years experience in credit and debit card analysis. (knowledge of FDR system preferred)
• Minimum of 3 years programming experience (SAS experience preferred)
Skills & Abilities:
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written); able to effectively communicate analytical results and recommendations to clients
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Sound analytical ability
• Ability to understand industry trends and analyze client performance
• Strong work ethic and proactive mindset. This position regularly requires thinking “outside of the box”.
• Ad hoc or misc projects as assigned
