Project Description:
This a Business Analyst role not an IT Systems Analyst role. The successful candidate will have knowledge of the brokerage and insurance industries, including an understanding of middle and back office operations and registation functions. The successful candidate will:
* Assist in the coordination, analysis and support of integration activities
* Analyze interfaces associated with retrieval/delivery of Rep/Branch securities and insurance licensing information
* Perform data analysis and identify/execute associated data scrubbing activities
* Document identified business processes and procedures
* Map current licensing documentation/forms to future state documentation/forms
* Assist with developing comprehensive plans for integrating current processes and systems with new processes and systems resultant from integration efforts
* Assist with developing, completing and managing deliverables, issues and tasks
* Act as a liaison between client area, technical organization, and other affected areas by planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of business problems to be solved through strategic Enterprise solutions.
The BA may also help develop project/task plans and schedules. Tools used to evaluate current processes may be industry tools or self-developed. May work directly with Senior Management. Some travel may be required.
