Job Description:

Responsibilities
		Responsible for conducting business interviews (internal and external) and facilitates group meetings in order to gather and document requirements. • Responsible for training associates, planning, and assisting in assigning responsibilites • Responsible for the working of and overseeing the administration aspects of the system • Assist in preparation of cost benefit analysis • Work with business unit to assit in developing business cases for UAT • Responsible for identifying business problems and identifying process gaps • Responsible for conducting presentations with respect to the DARES application • Perform business process mapping, develop new workflow, and document all mapped and improved processes. • Acts as a representative and a person of contact on committees with IT • Provides quantitive analysis for management as needed • Performs other duties and special projects.
	Qualifications
		Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. • Knowledgeable about IT systems and functionality. • Able to successfully perform multiple tasks simultaneously. • Excellent analytical/interpersonal/written/organizational and communication skills. • 3-5 years exposure to mortgage banking. • Advanced quantitative, data trending, and business analysis skills using tools such as Actuate and ProClarity. Familiar with SQL, CRYSTAL and similar fundamental software and systems. • Communicate effectively with both technical & non-technical staff. • Critical thinking & problem solving ability. • Able to gather and understand the big picture. • Must have a strong orientation toward meeting the needs of customers.
