Degree Requirements: MSEE/MSCE/MSCS TI's MSP430 business is growing rapidly.


our team is dynamic and hard-working, and we enjoy the success we're achieving. We're searching for an applications engineer who has strong software knowledge - both from a developer and project manager perspective. While this position is more focused on software development, day-to-day work extends into hardware hands-on opportunities, silicon development support and customer engagement.


Expectations and opportunities to self-identify areas of potential contribution based on personal expertise and areas of interest are ever present.


Specific responsibilities include: - Support MSP430 customers by defining and creating embedded design tools to enable end-product development.


This includes USB stacks, evaluation software, Windows-based GUIs and software tools.


- Software creation and debugging in-system required as needed to drive development and resolve customer and internal issues.


- Write documentation (project specifications, application notes, code libraries, user APIs)


- Support the broader team supporting software and tools generated


- Present and train others (internal and external) on solutions developed
