Job Description :


Assist members with trip planning, answer questions concerning membership, billing and domestic auto travel. 
Process member travel and insurance payments, cross-sell AAA product and services. 
Utilize computer to record transactions and document member records.


Job Requirements :
1 year previous customer service experience. 
Excellent knowledge of geography, strong communications and interpersonal skills with the ability to cross-sell AAA products.  Good computer skills with a great working knowledge of Microsoft windows required. 
Previous experience in air, car and hotel reservations as well as bilingual ability is a plus.
