You must have excellent communication and people skills in order to excel in this dynamic inbound call center environment. Previous experience in telecom is a plus. We are looking for self-motivated, dependable individuals, who have the ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment, able to maintain a positive attitude in high stress situations and work with minimal supervision.
Minimum Requirements: One year previous customer service experience (in a call center environment preferred) coupled with solid job stability (must have been in your last position 1+ year) and must be able to maintain a positive attitude in high stress situations. Our Customer Care department is open from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Monday – Friday and 9:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. on Saturday. Our Customer Care Representatives work alternating Saturdays with set schedules to fit their needs Monday - Friday. Pay range $9.25 - $11.25 + bonus (depending on experience/education/bilingual). Previous experience in telecom or Bilingual a plus.
