City Credit Union is looking for friendly, outgoing and enthusiastic Member Service Representatives with exceptional member service skills who are able to recommend and sell products and services to the Members.

MSR’s work in a fast-paced and high volume cash handling environment. Perform accurate transactions, refer & sell products. We strive to give exceptional service to our members and to assist them in achieving their financial needs.

Preferred Experience:

·        6 months cash handling required & previous teller experience.

·        Must have excellent interpersonal, organizational and telephone etiquette skills.

·        Strong communication skills (both written and oral)

·        Self-motivated, assertive, high level of confidence and performs well in a competitive sales environment.

·        Excellent probing and listening skills to uncover the members’ needs.
