Description: Responsible for all aspects of banking center sales and service. Maintains highest level of customer service while achieving annual retail sales goals. Responsible for direct management of all sales and service personnel. Responsible for goal setting, sales management, and sales productivity of all branch sales personnel. Makes external sales/business development calls within banking center market area as needed. Ensures all aspects of bank operations are in compliance with all applicable state and federal laws, regulations and bank policies and procedures. FLOWER MOUND LOCATION
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience required. Minimum of 2 years retail banking sales or customer service experience. Prefer branch bank supervisory experience. Demonstrated skills as a sales manager and individual sales performance with above average customer service delivery and problem solving skills.
