The Assistant Branch Manager (ABM) helps manage an operationally proficient banking office by coordinating the communication, implementation and monitoring of all branch operations policies and procedures. The ABM also manages the teller staff including: hiring, supervising, scheduling and evaluating tellers. In addition, the ABM plays a critical role in the success of the branch by deepening client relationships and leading an effective teller sales team that refers and delivers quality service.

Basic Qualifications:

    * High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
    * 1 year of branch banking experience

Preferred Qualifications:

    * 2 years of retail banking operations experience in a supervisory or management role
    * 1 year of sales experience
