EDUCATION
- Bachelors or equivalent required. Master or Other Advanced Degree - preferred
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE
8 years of related experience
SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
· Must be analytical and a problem solver.
· Analyze & underwrite multifamily properties and sponsor mortgage credit.
· Work under deadline pressures, multi-task and willingness to travel as necessary to meet with lenders, borrowers and inspect properties.
· Proficiency with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and ability to learn and navigate proprietary software platforms.
· Negotiate and structure multifamily loans.
· Knowledge of Fannie Mae DUS Underwriting and Servicing Guide, affordable housing and other government subsidized housing programs.
