Payroll-
· Enter all clinical staff and managerial staff Kronos entries and approves time daily
· Enter department changes/switches daily based on report from House Supervisors.
· Enters PTO/EIB/Bereavement/Jury Duty requests only after receiving approved forms from the Directors
· Enter missed punches/edits
· Runs reports from Kronos as requested by Management Staff
· Complete all Kronos edits and review by 10am payroll Monday
· Maintains database for absences and tardies and notifies Directors of excessive absences, tardies and/ or missed punches
· Distributes payroll checks
· Requests manual checks as needed
· Monitors for compliance with federal and state regulations
Human Resources-
· Answers phones
· Reference verifications
· Assists with filing and maintaining personnel files
· Mails out letters to applicants as requested
· Adheres to hospital polices and procedures.
· Demonstrates an understanding of and adherence to the Code of Conduct
· Conduct reflects the Company's values and a commitment to the Code of Conduct
· Performs other duties as requested or required.
