Job SummaryResponsible for providing administrative support for a team dedicated to an Enterprise Solutions client including a variety of administrative and clerical duties. Essential Job Functions1.Coordinates travel arrangements and prepare expense reports for team members.2.Schedules internal and external meetings including meeting invitations, locations, travel, catering, and site preparation.3.Coordinates the gathering of information and materials for presentaitons, creates presentation, prints and distributes meeting materials.4.Maintains meeting membership lists, attendance, minutes/action plans, and meeting schedules.5.Screens incoming phone calls and prioritizes message delivery.6.Orders office supplies and distributes the daily mail.7.Maintains client email distribtion lists including key executive and senior management client contacts.8.Manages client content on Broadlane’s portal and client’s internal web site.9.Scans, prints, copies and files documents as needed.10.Performs other miscellaneous duties as required to support the team.Required Skills
Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required to develop client presentations and other communication materials.
Ability to independently manage and prioritize multiple projects, job assignments, and deadlines from beginning to end
Ability to be creative in resolving problems
Ability to be resourceful and to use initiative in performing job duties
Ability to work on assignments independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to compose correspondence in draft and final form as requested
Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with C-level individualsRequired Experience and Education
High school diploma, college degree preferred
3-5 years administrative experience supporting a team of individuals
