Summary: Responsible for directing the payroll for all employees of Cook Children's Health Care System to include compliance with all state and federal regulations.  Serves as the primary contact for all payroll related services and system issues. This position works closely with Human Resources, Medical Center, Physician's Network, Home Health Care, Health Plan, Accounts Payable and System Finance.  Provides answers to inquiries regarding payroll policies, procedures, and paychecks.

Qualifications: Requires a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field, and a minimum of four year's experience as a payroll supervisor for a hospital, healthcare business, or related entity with responsibility for at least 1,000 employees and confidential executive payroll. CPP preferred. Kronos experience a plus.
